I am unable to login to PubMed MyNCBI account using my UH Google account.
With guidance from NLM Support, if you are unable to log in to PubMed MyNCBI using your UH Google account, it may be a browser issue. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- For Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete and click "Delete data" (or a similar option).
- For Mac: Shift + Command + Delete.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Go directly to the MyNCBI login page: https://account.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ and attempt to log in with your UH Google account/credentials.
- If the login fails, repeat steps 1-3 using a different browser or your browser's Incognito/Private mode.
Once you successfully log in, you must verify your institutional settings to ensure the "Find It" links function correctly:
- Ensure your Institutional Affiliation is set to University of Hawaii at Manoa - Find It within the PubMed Outside Tool settings.
